PURPOSE: An automatic clutch system and an emergency starting system for a vehicle are provided to improve braking efficiency by checking the wear state of a clutch disc and prevent accidents in a dangerous situation. CONSTITUTION: In an automatic clutch system and an emergency starting system for a vehicle, a clutch disc-wear warning display unit(WL) and an emergency switch are installed to a vacant ECU(Electronic Control Unit) of the automatic clutch system in which a clutch pedal is excluded. Thus, the wear state of a clutch disc is easily checked by the ECU through the wear warning display unit and a clutch(C) is engaged although the gear is engaged, to start the vehicle.
