PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform display on a display means expandedly and at the same time display a map related to expanded display in an on-vehicle display device. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle display device is provided with a display means 9 and an on-vehicle computer 4 for storing a program for displaying a map. Also, the on-vehicle computer 4 can be connected to an externally provided storage medium 13 for storing data being used by an application program for performing display on the display means 9 expandedly. Then, the on-vehicle computer 4 allows a program that it has to display a map related to expanded display based on data used by the application program while the externally provided storage medium 13 is connected on the display means 9. |
