PURPOSE: To convert the talk speed of a voice component for a stereo voice signal where a back voice component is included by giving only the voice component included in the stereo voice signal to a talk speed conversion circuit. CONSTITUTION: L-channel and R-channel voice signals outputted from a tuner 12 or reproduction heads 16a and 16b are fed to a voice changer circuit 22 and an adder 24. In the voice changer circuit 22, a back voice component is extracted from the inputted stereo voice signal and is fed to a subtractor 28 and an adder 30. On the other hand, a voice signal added by the adder 24 is fed to the subtractor 28 via an attenuator 32. Thereby, only voice component is outputted from the subtractor 28 and is subjected to talk speed conversion processing by a talk speed conversion circuit 34. Then, the voice component which is subjected to talk speed conversion is added to the back voice component and is outputted. |
