N-Acyl-halo-carboxylic acid amidines as plant protection agents Cpds. of formula (where R, R1 and R2 are (substd) aliphatic, aromatic, or heterocyclic groups or R and R1 together may form a ring with the N, the ring contains other hetero-atoms, X-halogen, Y=O, S or NR3, R3=H, aliphatic, aromatic, or heterocyclic and together with R2 and the N may form a ring which may contain other heteroatoms. Prepd. by reacting with a cpd. at -20 to 150 degrees C in an inert diluent. |
