PURPOSE: An automated manufacturing method of soft contact lens using a complete mold is provided to achieve a mass production of the soft contact lens with a low cost by considerably reducing a work time and an amount of materials. CONSTITUTION: The automated manufacturing method of soft contact lens comprises: a material(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) vacuum distillation step; a material mixing step for mixing the 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and isobutyronitrile; a material mold injection step; a polymerization step; a mold form separating step; a surface inspection step using a dial gauge; a hydration step; a first balance check step; a sterilization step; a packing step; and a finished product check step.
