PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing and providing customer information for marketing are provided to realize customer information-based marketing by managing and providing the customer information for marketing in the communication network access environment. CONSTITUTION: An operational customer database processing unit(104) collects customer information from an on-line source system(110) and an off-line source system(120), stores the customer information as raw data, and furnishes the customer information to the on-line and off-line source systems. An analyzing customer database processing unit(106) classifies the customer information stored in the operational customer database processing unit as an analyzable format and stores the classified information. A web server(102) provides the customer information to more than one user terminals(130_1-130_n) through a communication network such as the Internet.
