PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of solid fuel using combustible waste is provided which crushed and presses general waste or industrial waste, and processes the waste into the solid fuel by forming the crushed and pressed waste is provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of solid fuel using combustible waste comprises an injection part(100) comprising a hopper(110) into which waste crushed to a certain size is inserted, a pusher(120) for transferring the waste injected into the hopper(110), and a transfer means for reciprocating the pusher(120); a first compression part(200) comprising a pair of first screws for crushing and transferring the waste injected from the injection part(100), and a first body(210) in which the pair of the first screws are installed; a second compression part comprising a second screw(331) for vertically pressing the waste crushed and supplied from the first compression part(200), and a second body(310) in which the second screw(331) is installed, on which a gas outlet(340) is formed to exhaust gases and moisture generated from the first compression part(200), and which is positioned perpendicularly to the first compression part(200); a third compression part comprising a third screw(431) for horizontally pressing the waste vertically pressed and supplied from the second compression part, and a tapered part(414) in which the third screw(431) is installed, and which presses the waste transferred by the third screw(431); and a forming jig for pressing and forming the waste pressed by the tapered part into a certain shape.
