PURPOSE: A structure of a discharging device for a liquid filling vessel is provided, thereby the time for mounting the discharging device to the liquid filling vessel can be significantly decreased and the discharging device can be correctly mounted to the liquid filling vessel. CONSTITUTION: The structure of a discharging device(1) for a liquid filling vessel comprises an opening part(3) having a discharging hole(4) for pouring or sucking the content of the vessel; an adhesive part(2) positioned under the opening part(3) and having size suitable to be inserted into a groove of the liquid filling vessel and be stuck to the groove; and a discharge inducing part(5) positioned under the adhesive part(2) and connected to the lower part of the discharging hole of the opening part(3), wherein the bottoms of both directions of the adhesive part(2) have spaces; both sides of the discharging inducing part has an inserting part(6) along the length of the adhesive part(3); and the both upper outsides of the inserting part(6) have an insertion-inducing elastic piece having a certain length and a distance between the spaces.
