PURPOSE: Provided is a food container which absorbs heats when outer temperature thereof is high and emits heats when outer temperature thereof is low. Therefore the inner temperature of the container can be maintained to 4 deg. C, and freshness of foods in the container can be elongated. CONSTITUTION: The food container comprises a body(20) and a cover(22) having a double structure in order to have spaces(21), which are filled with microcapsule type phase change materials(23) which absorb heat when outer temperature is high and emit heat when outer temperature is low, wherein the microcapsule type phase change materials is impregnated by a resin foam(24); and the microcapsule type phase change materials are Na2SO4, CaCl2, or Na2HSO4.
