PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating vibrations and ringback tones in a communication equipment is provided to eliminate an obstacle in a yoke's activity and noises by excluding the collision between the yoke and a diaphragm or between the coils attached to the back of the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION: The center of a vibration plate(2) fixed to a ring frame(1) and the center of a yoke(4) are fixed by an eyelet(3). Coils(6) that supplies the current necessary for the yoke to vibrate are attached to the back of a diaphragm(5) installed at the other side of the vibration plate(2). An annular projection(7) is formed toward the diaphragm(5) from the inner circumferential surface of the ring frame(1). Another annular projection(8), corresponding to the annular projection(7), is formed at the edge of the yoke(4). A protrusion(9) is formed at each of the equally divided portions of the circumferential of the annular projection(7) of the ring frame(1). Slits(10) are formed on the annular projection(8) of the yoke(4).
