HALF PC COMPOSITE SLAB STRUCTURE FOR APARTMENT CEILING SLAB

PURPOSE: A half PC composite slab structure for an apartment ceiling slab is provided to improve sound insulating and vibration damping efficiencies, to shorten a manufacturing period by simplifying a manufacturing process and to heighten the height of an apartment by thinning the thickness of a slab. CONSTITUTION: The half PC composite slab structure for an apartment ceiling slab comprises: many vibration damping sheets(11) installed on the bottom of a PC manufacturing frame; many spacers(12) adhered to the joint and the center of the vibration damping sheets(11) by epoxy adhesives to connect many vibration damping sheets(11) mutually, to connect the vibration damping sheets(11) and concrete(15) firmly and to keep the distance between the vibration damping sheet(11) and a truss(14) regularly and provided with semicircular grooves and a plane; a wire mesh(13) installed on the vibration damping sheets(11); a truss(14) installed on the spacers(12); and concrete(15) placed and cured to expose a portion of the truss(14).
