PURPOSE: An intake manifold of a v-type engine for a vehicle is provided to prevent the lean-peak phenomenon generated at acceleration by the lean air-fuel ratio in a cylinder of one bank, the delay of acceleration and the surge phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: An intake manifold(200) of a v-type engine(100) comprises a surge tank(220), in the shape of cylinder, having a curved inlet part(222) connected to a throttle valve(320) which an outer air is flowed in, intake pipes(240) of a first bank(120) arranged at the side of the surge tank and guiding air to a cylinder of the first bank of the engine, intake pipes(250) of a second bank(140) arranged at the side of the surge tank alternating with the intake pipes of the first bank, guiding air to a cylinder of the second bank of the engine, and connected to the surge tank with more inclined to a second intake pipe of the surge tank comparing with the intake pipes of the first bank, and a control unit(270) installed to the rear of the inlet part of the surge tank to control the deviation of the flow rate of air flowed into the first and the second bank through the inlet part.
