PURPOSE: A collision safety apparatus of vehicles is provided to relax maximally an impact applied to a head when the vehicle collides by forming a lattice rib for a relaxation without blocking a coupling of a fastener. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber inserted into a trim is arranged in a vertical and horizontal to intersect each other and composed of a latticed rib. The shock absorber reduces an impact applied to a head of a passenger by deforming the shock absorber and absorbing the impact when the vehicle collides. The shock absorber is provided with a plurality of flatten fixing portion having a coupling hole at a proper location thereof, and coupled and fixed at the trim by a fastener(10). The fixing portion is passed through at least one rib to maintain a space and rigidity for coupling the fastener. The fastener is composed of a head portion, and a coupling rod portion extended from the head, passed through the coupling hole, and fixed to the trim.
