PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC COATED ALUMINIUM FOIL HAVING EXCELLENT RELEASABILITY

PURPOSE: A process for producing a ceramic coated aluminium foil having excellent releasability is provided to prevent adhesion of food on the surface of aluminium foil during cooking or packing by coating a ceramic film thereon. CONSTITUTION: The process includes the steps of mixing 100 parts by weight of a main material containing 20 to 50 % of a ceramic material with 1 to 5 parts by weight of a platinum as catalyst, wherein the ceramic material has Si-O-Si-O structure; diluting the mixture with a diluent to prepare a ceramic coating solution(2) of which solid content ranges 1 to 10 wt.%; applying the ceramic coating solution on one side of an aluminium foil(1) uniformly by a coating roller(3); drying the aluminium foil at 100 to 200 deg.C for 5 to 15 seconds in a hood type dryer(4); and aging coated ceramic for 24 to 28 hrs.
