PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card processing device and a non-contact type card issuing system, provided with the card processing device capable of making a writing position of the card clear, and surely and deftly carrying out an issuing processing of the card. SOLUTION: In the card processing device 1, information is written on the non-contact type card 2, using electromagnetic waves, and the non-contact type card 2 is issued. It is characterized that the card processing device 1 is provided with a card placement surface 31 of a predetermined inclination angle, on which the non-contact type card 2 is placed; a lower collision stop surface 32 for collision-stopping, such that the non-contact type card 2 does not slide/ drop and formed to the same thickness as at least a thickness of the non-contact type card 2 or higher than the thickness thereof; and side surface positioning parts 33a, 33b for positioning the non-contact type card 2 at the right/left direction of the card placement surface 31. |
