PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen the service period of a battery as an internal power supply by obtaining stable current and voltage from rotary driving force of a driving device to be taken as a driving power supply. SOLUTION: In a power generating part 4, a current generated by rotation of a rotary driving shaft of the driving device is current-converted in a current converting circuit 5, voltage-transformed in a DC-DC converter 6, and the thus processed current and voltage are used as driving power supply to deliver data between a semiconductor memory and the driving device. |
