PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an event communication on a network of which access is restricted by a firewall or the like and also enable an event communication between different systems different in program languages or the like. SOLUTION: A receiving module MD2 of a system SY2 on the receiving side registers event processing related matters to a notifying module ND1 of a system SY1 on the notifying side. When an event occurs at the SY1 on the notifying side, the SY1 converts data of the event and an event notifying method in to a structured data with a tag (XML file) and transmits them to an HTTP server SA. The HTTP server transfers the XML file to the system SY2 on the receiving side. The system SY2 on the receiving side restores the XML file to the data of the event and the event notifying method, and the receiving module MD2 executes the event according to the event executing method.
