PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally charge each site by editing necessary communication data at conducting of charging processing, by collecting communication data from a plurality of switches. SOLUTION: Communication data are collected from the switchboard of each site, and the communication time is adjusted, and the charge for each call is calculated. Then, a matching processing is carried out by referring to the communication time or the communication route, and the communication data and the charging tariff are edited, and are provided to necessary sites.
