ORGANIC EL PANEL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel and its manufacturing method wherein generation of foreign matters or pin holes on a transparent electrode, and a short circuit or a leak between the transparent electrode and the rear face electrode by an edge of the transparent electrode end part are capable of being suppressed and the yield of organic EL panel are capable of being improved. SOLUTION: This is the organic EL panel 1 wherein a laminated body in which an organic layer 5 to have at least a light-emitting layer is pinched by the first electrode (transparent electrode 3) and the second electrode (rear face electrode 6) is arranged and installed on a light permeating supporting substrate (glass substrate 2). The first electrode (transparent electrode 3) comprises that a surface is polished after the electrode is patternized in a form corresponding to a prescribed display design.
