PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of efficiently easily measuring a halogen filler amount in a light-emitting tube filled up by light-emitting metal, rare gas and halogen. SOLUTION: The method is to measure halogen included in the alkaline solution by ion chromatography after crushing the light-emitting tube in alkaline solution, and removing debris produced by the crushing from the alkaline solution.
