PURPOSE: Provided is a method for culturing the mycelium of Phellinus linteus by adding a black oak extract to a culture medium during culturing to reduce a culturing time, which can mass-produce the mycelium thereof exhibiting an immunostimulating effect within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A black oak is extracted in water or a solvent, or soaked in water and compressed. 1 to 15% by weight of the black oak is added to a culture medium and then cultured. For example, black oak chips are mixed with water of 1 to 5 times by weight and boiled or soaked for 1 to 10 days, and then compressed. Thereafter, the black oak extract is added to a solid agar medium, and the fruit body of Phellinus linteus is inoculated into the agar medium and cultured for 15 days to produce a mushroom spawn, which is added to a liquid medium mixed with the black oak extract, for example, YMG(yeast extract, malt extract, glucose) medium, and then cultured at 20 to 40deg.C for 10 days while agitating. The obtained mushroom mycelium is inoculated into a nutrient medium and cultured at 30 to 35deg.C for 12 days while agitating. |
