PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content providing device, an accounting system, an accounting method and an accounting program capable of providing an opportunity of audition of contents at low cost visual and auditory expenses and accounting the visual and auditory expenses in accordance with a degree of satisfaction to the contents of the audience. SOLUTION: This accounting system is constituted of a content providing server and a visual and auditory terminal, and the content providing server is furnished with a visual and auditory expense table setting respective unit expenses corresponding to each unit time in content provision possible time and setting each of the unit expenses free to vary in accordance with passing of visual and auditory time of the contents and a visual and auditory expense computing parts to specify each unit accounting amount to correspond to a visual and auditory period of time of the contents by the audience by using the visual and auditory expense table and to compute the visual and auditory expense by adding each of the specified unit expenses. |
