PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate temperature control of a reforming catalytic layer by realizing miniaturization, restraining deterioration of a catalyst and improving fuel consumption. SOLUTION: This reformer for the fuel cell to reform evaporated fuel by burning and evaporating the fuel is constituted by separately and independently forming a combustion air chamber 4 to supply the fuel to a burning and evaporating catalytic layer 16 with combustion air introduced through a combustion air introduction port 9 and a reforming air chamber 5 to supply reforming air introduced through the reforming air introduction port 10 to the reforming catalytic layer 15 in a reformer main body 100. |
