PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certification system and a certification method at a low cost, capable of rapidly carrying out a processing between devices, without causing security to be lowered. SOLUTION: When an IC card 1 certifies a card processing device 11, it sets an access method to a data file 23 based on an access method data transmitted from the card processing device 11. Thereby, the card processing device 11 can access all files with one-time certification processing. Accordingly, processing between both devices can be executed rapidly. Since a key stored in the IC card is also reduced, a cost is reduced and low cost can be realized. |
