PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building management device reducing an operator's burden in setting the operation schedule of equipment in a building where irregular gatherings and events are held. SOLUTION: This building management device carries out the schedule management of the operation of the equipment installed in the building. A series of control contents to the schedule-managed equipment can be set in plural kinds, and the control contents are distinguished as operation patterns. The building management device is provided with calendar data 21 associating dates and the operation patterns day by day, operation setting data 25 specifying a series of control contents of the operation patterns, and a schedule control part 15 for taking out the operation pattern corresponding to each date from the calendar data 21, acquiring the control contents of the operation pattern, referring to the operation setting data, and controlling the operation of each equipment according to the acquired control contents. |
