PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of operating instructions of each homepage (site) being unable to be integrated because of the variety of its hierarchical structure, structure of link and display, and operation and the ways of operation, by using a submenu page (FAQ and A) whose specification is integrated and structure of the site is left, as it is. SOLUTION: An original site is analyzed (including automatic) from a user's viewpoint, exchange of questions and answers Q and A submenu system (standardized system FAQ and A submenu) is made, and a most appropriate page and item of the original site are (linked and) displayed from the questions.
