PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility information managing system where a management information keeping space is reduced, necessary information can speedily and precisely be extracted, the deterioration and the loss of management information are prevented and an operation is easy. SOLUTION: A facility information managing device 10 is provided with a management information storage means 15 storing facility drawing information 12 displaying a facility appearance on a picture display means 11, document information 13 on facility goods constituting a facility and link element information 14 for designating the facility goods on facility drawing information 12 and an information processing means 16 displaying slip information 13 on the facility goods corresponding to a link element 14a when the link element 14a on facility drawing information 12 displayed on the picture display means 11 is designated.
