PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing method that enables a professional person to send information efficiently to a customer residing in a distant place and to record an information providing status efficiently. SOLUTION: A customer's mobile terminal 10 and a head office terminal 30 to be used by a professional person in charge are equipped with a camera and a microphone respectively. Images and voices obtained by them are reproduced by a displaying part and a speaker equipped within the terminals 10 and 30 respectively. Additionally, on the displaying parts of the terminals 10 and 30, explanatory images are displayed in the area where they do not superpose on personal images according to explanatory image data stored in a memory part 22. These image data, voice data, explanatory page image data, pointer location data and time are recorded in a business recording data memory part 24.
