PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting tool of a portable telephone for making finger operation of a mail or the like of the portable telephone easy and pleasant, and making portage of the portable telephone easy and convenient. SOLUTION: In basic constitution, a surface fastener 5 to be bonded to a nearly central part on the rear of the portable telephone 4, and a surface fastener 3, on which the surface fastener 5 is attached, are fixed to a correction part 2 of cushion material which is fixed on the surface of a belt-type ring 1 by using expandable material.
