PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide present condition plan of a building, a site and the surroundings by which a present condition of a building and a site can be understood intuitively and easily by only looking over it. SOLUTION: This system generates the representation of the present condition plan of a building, a site and the surroundings which is provided with a plan view domain B showing a building A, a site on which the building locates, boundary points P of the site and facilities adjoining the site by a plan view, on which at least the building part is colored, sectional plan domains showing cross sections D of the building and the cross sections of underground E of the site arranged at the outside positions of the plan view domain and the nearby positions of at least two sides of the plane plan of the site by colored sectional plans, and boundary surroundings photograph showing surroundings circumstances of boundary points of the site arranged at the outside positions of the plan view domain and the nearby positions of at least three boundary points of the plan view of the site by color photograph data.
