PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alter settings of a program without knowledge on a slip issue program in a slip issuing device. SOLUTION: In alteration settings of the slip issue program, when a keyboard 2 is used to read out a slip issue source program from a storing part 14, and a print setting mode is selected among a print setting mode, a simplified logic setting mode, and a description change program mode, a range where settings can be changed is limitatively read out, and displayed on a liquid crystal display 3, and alterations for setting of the slip issuing program in the displayed range can be made.
