METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPLICATE SHAPED RUBBER PRODUCT USING MESH SHAPED AIR REMOVAL FABRIC

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a complicate shaped rubber product using a mesh shaped air removal fabric is provided to prevent a crack or a pin hole from generating in a rubber product by discharging an air into a fiber gap of a fabric. CONSTITUTION: A left knot forming portion(32) is closed by a rubber material. When a press operation is further processed, a material rubber forming object descends between meshes with a middle knot forming portion(32). As a closed air is compressed by the material rubber forming object, the closed air is discharged and removed between grey yarns of the air removal fabric or between fibers having the grey yarns. The air accumulated in the knot forming portion(32) is removed. When the air is completely removed with the left knot forming portion(32), the material rubber forming object is completely pressed to a mold surface to prevent a pin hole from generating in a knot surface due to a crack or an air bubble.
