PURPOSE: A connecting member of synthetic resin pipe is provided to easily and stably connect a body. CONSTITUTION: Connecting groove(2) is each formed in left side and right side of a connecting pipe(1). An annular packing member(P) is inserted into each connecting groove(2), then connected to each connecting groove(2). The packing member(P) is formed by inserting a reinforcing member(15) into the empty portion(14) in the body(11) made of elastic materials. In the packing member(P), a plurality of compressing protrusions(12) are formed on the inner surface of the body(11) which is made of rubber having elastic property, and a through-hole(13) is formed on the outside surface of the body(11). The empty portion(14) is formed in the body(11), and the through-hole(13) passes through the empty portion(14). The reinforcing member(15) in which a cutting-portion is formed on one side thereof is inserted into the empty portion(14).
