REMOTE OPERATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation system capable of absorbing a difference of needs to an operation of an instrument of a general user and an external support agent providing the optimum remote operation environment for both and preventing an illegal access to a privacy information in the network instrument. SOLUTION: A gateway device 5 is provided with a remote operation host part and a support host part and provides a separate interface to the general user and the support agent respectively. The gateway device 5 has a constitution in which a program intruded from the outside can be executed. A remote access server device 3 hides a URL of the respective host parts on the gateway device 5.
