PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation planning method capable of reducing the number of changes in a power generation plan after planned. SOLUTION: The operating characteristics of respective power generating units are calculated based on the operating data of the plurality of power generating units, and the power generating plan of the respective power generating units is developed based on either of the calculated operating characteristics and maintenance data indicating the conditions of inspection and maintenance in the power generating units. |
