PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave circuit device which markedly suppresses reflected waves, generated in the connection part of a waveguide 9 and a coax ial line 4 and which has high performance. SOLUTION: A blind hole and the through-hole of a small diameter in the center of the hole are arranged on a wide outer wall in the width of the waveguide. The coaxial line, protruded from the base plate of an airtight package where a microwave integrated circuit is stored, is inserted into the blind hole, and the center conductor of the coaxial line into the waveguide via the through-hole.
