PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the dispersion of the disk stopping positions is generated when the thickness dimensions of disks are different in the mechanism for deciding the stopping position of the ejection of the disk by guiding the edge part of the disk with a guide part having the tapered leading part and detecting the outer circumference of the disk with a detection member. SOLUTION: When the disk is guided with a guiding groove 15A having tapered leading surfaces 15a, 15b, the depth entering into the guiding groove 15A is different between a thick disk Da and a thin disk Db. Thus a groove part 16C having the same opening angle as that of the guiding groove 15 is provided on a detecting part 16B which is pushed by the circumferential edge of the disk. If the ejection of disk is stopped when the outer circumferential edge of the disk D enters into this groove part 16C to push the detecting part 16B, the detecting part 16B is made operative when the disks come up to the same position even for the disks having the different thickness.
