PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a street safe by using a crime-preventing lamp pole. SOLUTION: This system is constituted to connect the plural crime-preventive lamp poles 1 of which the each is provided with an illumination lamp 1a, an emergency call switch SW, an emergency alarm equipment including a monitoring camera 1b, and a TV interphone 10 having a microphone, a speaker, a camera and a monitoring display part to allow bidirectional communication, a crime-preventive lamp monitoring control server 2 and a mobile terminal 3, to a network. When receiving an alarm actuation request accompanied with an identification code preliminarily registered as a user from the mobile terminal 3 via any of the crime-preventive lamp poles 1, the crime-preventive lamp monitoring control server 2 actuates the emergency alarm equipment of the crime-preventive lamp pole 1 corresponding thereto.
