PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when a person wants to execute a large scale computation, the person has to visit a computer center of which use is normally limited to those belonging to, or related to, the computer center. SOLUTION: A personal computer terminal 1, 2,..., n of a contracted member and a parallel computation control server 200 are connected through the Internet, and the contracted member offers a resource 10 consisting of CPU performance of the personal computer terminal, a memory and a hard disk to be released and makes a parallel computation using the resource possible. The parallel computation control server for computation consists of a resource managing means 201, a lot drawing means 202, a fund managing means and a parallel computation executing means 204. The resource is registered and managed in the resource managing means along with a list of members and when a person wants to execute computation, he applies to the lot drawing means 202 while the member receives a reward from the fund managing means and a computation program is performed by the parallel computation executing means.
