PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display system with high efficiency in a ROM because the cost significantly increases if a versatile ROM is mounted on a one-chip driver for a mobile phone is such a situation that the display contents are being highly advancined. SOLUTION: The power supply IC 1 has a ROM 14 and a graphic controller 2 reads out the content in the nonvolatile memory.
