LOW REDUNDANCY CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A low redundancy circuit is provided to compensate for distortion of the output of a fuse by generating a signal slower than an output signal of the fuse box and enabling a repair sub word line control portion on the basis of the generated signal. CONSTITUTION: A low address latch portion(21) receives a low address and generates an inverting latch signal and a non-inverting latch signal. A plurality of fuse boxes(22) receives a complementary address signal and a word line reset signal and output a signal for identifying the presence of a normal address signal. A repair sub word line control portion(23) receives output signals of the fuse boxes(22) and an enable control signal of a repair word line and outputs a fuse output encoding signal and a repair sub word line selection signal. An encoder portion(24) outputs a worst signal by encoding the last output signal fallen into a low state. A fuse portion(26) outputs an output signal to enable a word line enable control signal generation portion(25). The word line enable control signal generation portion(25) outputs a repair word line enable control signal and a normal word line enable control signal.
