PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a person who is in charge of replying to an inquiry of the trade about access to a job site. SOLUTION: Access road information 6 obtained during travel along a road to a job site from the nearest arterial road is registered in a storage device 13 of a server 10. The access road information 6 comprises road widths and three-dimensional information on the road. A simulating means 14 refers to the access road information 6 to simulate on a computer whether a motortruck and other material transport vehicles can actually pass along the road. The simulation result is accessible via a network.
