<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as visibility of pictures, durability of a device, accuracy and miniaturization, and electric power consumption for a conventional information device having a resistance film type or optical pen input function. SOLUTION: In this information device having a pen input function, information is input by arranging both EL elements and photoelectric conversion elements on image elements of a displaying device and inputting light into the photoelectric conversion elements by a pen than reflects light at the pen point. Thereby the information device that does not damage brightness of the displayed pictures, displays a clear picture, being excellent in durability and miniaturizable, with good accuracy and the pen input function can be provided.</p> |
