PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting system for speedily collecting program appreciation rate and storing/collecting a large number of viewer information in real time by using broadcasting. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a broadcasting device 1 having a program information data server 102 for generating a plurality of program information, viewing table data server 101 for generating viewing table information for relating the program information and related information, media generating part 103 for generating broadcasting media and viewing total data server 105 for compiling appreciation rate, and a broadcasting receiver 2 having a broadcasting receiving part 106 for receiving the broadcasting data broadcasted from the broadcasting device 1, a viewing recording part 108 for storing the appreciation rate corresponding to the program information and the viewing table information of the received broadcasting data and a viewing result notice part 110 for reporting the appreciation rate recorded in this viewing recording part 108.
