PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unguarded time to electrostatic breakdown when installing electronic parts. SOLUTION: The electrostatic breakdown of the electronic parts is prevented by peeling a seal from the electronic parts after attaching the seal with conductivity in order to conduct every electrodes of the electrostatic parts electrically to connect the electrode of the electronic parts to the other associated electrode.
