PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable users in a shared virtual space to deliver an optional number of items to another user in the shared virtual space at an optional time. SOLUTION: When some user in the shared virtual space tries to give his/her own item to another user, the user attaches the item to a mail addressed to the opposite party. Information on the number can be added to this item. When this mail is transmitted, an item management table managed on the side of a server is updated so as to move the item by the attached number from a mail originator to a mail recipient. In this case, the recipient of the mail attached with the item can decide whether to receive the item. Attached data of the item is deleted automatically from the received mail. The respective servers can confirm their own items by accessing the server.
