PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply form resistance elements with various resistance value. SOLUTION: In the resistance elements formed by electrodes and resistors mounted on a semiconductor device, the resistors are formed on a semiconductor layer having a first sheet resistance region 1 and a second sheet resistance region 2 which have different sheet resistances. Hereby, a plane shape in the region with different sheet resistance is formed in such a pattern as a stripe pattern arranged alternately. Thereafter, the resistance elements are controlled so that the resistance values are varied by changing a current path of the resistance elements due to the direction change of the electrodes for use in resistor 3 (3a) and 4 (4a) with respect to the region having different sheet resistances.
