PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone system that can surely eliminate a noise picked up by a microphone after being generated when a sound is produced. SOLUTION: First and second condenser microphones M1, M2 with directivity are installed side by side in the same direction. As a sound source is far from the microphones, a difference of distance between the sound source and the 1st condenser microphone M1 and between the sound source and the 2nd condenser microphone M2 is small, resulting in that the distances can be regarded as almost the same. When the condenser microphones M1, M2 pick up a noise generated from a position of a small distance difference, signals amplified by 1st and 2nd amplifier circuit sections 16, 17 are in-phase and in the same level. The signal difference is made zero when a differential amplifier circuit section 19 subtracts the signals of the 1st and 2nd amplifier circuit sections 16, 17 from each other.
