PURPOSE: A system and method for withdrawing a lost article using the Internet is provided to make a registration and a search of a lost article between a loser and a finder who uses the Internet and possess a general telephone and a mobile communication terminal possible for increasing a lost article withdrawing rate. CONSTITUTION: A loser terminal inputs information of a loser(10) and a profile of a lost article. A finder terminal inputs a profile of a found article. An arbitrator web server(30) stores the information and profile being inputted by the loser terminal and the finder terminal and compares the information and profiles therewith. A prize money storing unit(40) transmits and stores a prize money for making the loser(10) supply the money to the finder(20). A prize money payment requesting unit(70) makes the loser(10) supply prize money for the finder(20) and makes the finder(20) suggest the lost article to an arbitrator for receiving prize money when a finder(20) returns the lost article to the loser(10). |
