PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module that exhibits full thermoelectrically converting function, even at a temperature of about 300 deg.C of higher. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module is provided with a plurality of p-type semiconductors 11 having skutterudite-crystal structures, a plurality of n-type semiconductors 12 arranged alternately with the semiconductors 11 and having skutterudite-crystal structures, and a plurality of electrodes 13 and 14 which are composed mainly of silver, have first faces which are in contact with the semiconductors 11 and 12 and second faces which face the first faces and in contact with the semiconductors 11 and 12, and electrically connect the electrodes 11 to the electrodes 12 in series. The module is also provided with a plurality of silver-antimony alloy layers 17, formed between the p-type semiconductors 11 or n-type semiconductors 12 and the electrodes 13 and 14.
